INFORMATION FOR ALL AUTHORS/SPEAKERS

Location
• All DySPAN 2005 sessions will be held at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel Baltimore.

On-Site Registration
• Badges should be picked from the DySPAN Registration desk prior to your session.
• On-site registration hours will be posted closer to the conference date.

Hotel Accommodations at the Renaissance Harborplace Baltimore
• Room Rate: $209 single/double Additional person $20
• Limited number of Government Rate rooms at $133 or the prevailing government rate.
• Rates listed above do not include 12.5% tax

PAPER PRESENTERS includes papers in the plenary sessions

Paper Presentation
• Track Day/Time – can be found at http://www.ieee-dyspan.org/program.htm no later than 30 Sept 2005
• Note: The paper titles and author listings in the spreadsheets for each session are from your EDAS submittal. Be assured that the title of your paper and author credits as they appear on your final paper will be used in the conference proceedings, final program and final Web listing.
• Presentation time will vary for each session based on the number of papers in that session. You will receive specific information from your session chair.

Audio Visual
• Each technical session room will be will be set with an LCD projector, overhead projector, screen, lavaliere microphone and laser pointer. You need to bring your own laptop to use with the LCD. If you have any other request send an email to DySPAN2005@comsoc.org.

Registration
• IEEE COMSOC POLICY: All DySPAN 2005 paper/poster presenters must register at the FULL rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to three papers.
• If additional authors are attending the conference or your session they must register at the appropriate rate.
• Presenter registration deadline is 30 September 2005

Reprints
• If you would to receive reprints of your paper please compete the Reprint Order Form and submit it with the appropriate payment by 1 November 2005.

POSTER PRESNTATIONS

Set-up and Display Thursday 3 November
• Set up for the Poster Session will be between 11:30 – 13:00 on
• Session will be open from 13:00 – 17:00
• Dismantling 17:00 – 18:00
• Presentations should be prepared to be stapled or pinned on to a presentation board provided by DySPAN. The size of the board will be posted here and emailed to the presenters as soon as it is determined.

Registration

Over length
The page limit for short/poster papers is 4 pages. Longer papers will be accepted with payment of the appropriate over length page fees.

TUTORIALS

Tutorial Workbook Submission
• SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Thursday 27 October 2005
• Tutorial presentations should be prepared in Microsoft Powerpoint and emailed as an attachment to DySPAN2005@comsoc.org
• A tutorial cover will be provided

Audio - Visual
• Each tutorial presentation room will be set with an LCD projector, lavaliere microphone and laser pointer. If you require an overhead projector, laptop or other equipment please email DySPAN@comsoc.org

Registration
• Tutorial presenters will receive a One Day Complimentary Registration for Tuesday 8 November. This will allow you access to your tutorial as well as the DySPAN Welcome Reception. Your badge will be available for pick-up at the Pre-Registration Counter on-site. If you wish to attend DySPAN 2005 on other days you will need to register with payment.

KEYNOTES
• A member of the DySPAN 2005 Committee or IEEE Communications Society Staff will contact you to discuss your needs 3-4 weeks before the conference. If you have any questions beforehand please email DySPAN2005@comsoc.org
